$75 per hour for each additional hour.
Most rooms can be completed within 2 - 3 hours, depending upon size.
The nature of Redesign is to use what you already have to make things “new” again. We can look at your space with a fresh perspective and help to make it more beautiful and functional, without the cost of new furniture and accessories.
* Rates are listed for a 30 mile radius. Traveling charges may apply.
$200 per consultation/3 hours - $75 per hour for
each additional hour.
$200 for complete assessment list of enhancements provided to homeowner.
For real estate enhancement or staging; prices are on an individual
contract basis - based on size of home (number of rooms); furniture
rental costs, accessories/expenses and labor.
Full Service Staging
Generally speaking, furniture rental is the
majority of the cost, at about $1,000 per month (approx. 3 rooms) with a
minimum of 3 months = $3,000 + a refundable deposit. Accessory rental
can be estimated at $250+ per room and $50 - $75 per bathroom. The
Staging Fee is $350, which includes the shopping, staging, necessary
cleaning, liaison with the furniture rental company and the removal/pick
up of all of the accessories before the closing and final walk-through.
Note: All of the accessories for Full Service Stagings are the property
of “My Room for Change.”
